Late Shree A. B. Dongre a Civil Engineering Graduate had Professional Experience of more than 48 years in Construction Indusrty field. He was the founder of Dongre Associates in the year 1987 and it is his efforts that the a Private Limited firm was established in 2013 named as Dongre Project Maangement Consultants Private Limited, of which he was the founder and Managing Director.

He worked with Gannon Dunkerley & Co. Ltd. (one of the leading contracting company of India) on projects, such as Bridges, chemical factories, turbine foundations for thermal power plants, water treatment plants, RCC cooling towers and textile mills from 1971 to 1978. He was at Sharjah between 1979 to 1986 with Eastern Limited, a large contracting company at Sharjah where he managed the construction of a huge sports complex consisting of multi sports column-less covered dome, an Olympic size precast RCC football stadium with six track racing and a club house for indoor games, canteen, swimming pool etc., including all services.

Further, coordinated construction of a 320 bed Sharjah General Hospital and was Project Manager for construction of twelve storied prestigious apartment suites for His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah. Under Dongre Associates he headed construction of 1st in India 200 M high twin towers at Tardeo and 300 M high tower at Worli Mumbai. He was a member of Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (MRICS). He had vast experience in the construction industry and was known for his methodical and technically sound way of working.

Rajendra Dongre a Graduate in Architecture from VREC (now VNIT) and Post-Graduation in Urban Planning from SPA-Delhi has an experience of more than 23 years. He holds a Gold Medal at graduation and also at post-graduation level in Urban Planning at SPA Delhi. He is a practicing Architect and is well known in Central India for his works. He is active member of Jaycee Orange City including being President for the year 1997.

He has worked with Ar. Joseph Allen Stein, Ar. Suryakant Patel and has also taught at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur before starting his professional practice. He is a Partner with A. B. Dongre Architects, more than 50 years old firm in Nagpur. He has to his credit designing model Airport and multi level Car Service Station at Delhi.

Mr. Anand Dongre (Son of Mr. A. B. Dongre) took over after MR. A. B. Dongre’s Sad demise in April 2021. Mr. Anand Ajit Dongre is a Civil engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the cement and concrete industry.

Currently he owns a proprietary firm, M/S Shree Bhalchandra Corporation and Designated partner in Niom Build Craft LLP which having fully equipped Concrete Plants in Mumbai.

Suhas Ambekar, a Civil Engineer, has been associated with Dongre Associates since 2001. He had practiced Designing of RCC & PHE services and has on-site experience in project execution. Over the years he has established his mastery over Quantity Surveying and Estimation. He has been responsible for creating a team of young & dynamic Engineers trained in Quantity Surveying, Costing and Estimation. He is member of Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (MRICS). He has done MBA course in Construction Management. He also has experience in Structural Designing. His overall experience in the field is over 25 years.

Kishore Vasudeo, a Graduate in Electrical Engineering from Mumbai University with rich professional experience of more than 44 years in Construction and Consultancy for electromechanical services. In india he has worked with BSES (now Reliance Energy) on project of Substations, ECC (subsidiary of L & T) on project of Sugar factory, CES – on project Mazgaon dock submarine workshop. His major experience for more than 28 years with Eastern International, Sharjah, U.A.E. on wide range of projects starting from Military Complexes of U.A.E. Armed Forces, Central laboratories for Agriculture & fisheries, several Sports Complexes of International Olympic Standards and College level Sports. He was involved as Clients representative for Barashi Township planning and development of Dubai Sports Club. Other important projects where his contribution and association are 320 bed Sharjah General Hospital, IT Buildings & Residential Towers, Military Complexes. MCA Cricket stadium, Pune, Signature Commercial Buildings ant GIFT City, Ahmedabad, Schools Projects, Factory Project at Rohtak for Hi-tech, Serum India Institute, Pune, P. N. Writer (Pan India) and Spearheading MEP department in Dongre Associates and then Dongre PMC Pvt. Ltd. For MEP design and Project Management on several Residential and Commercial Projects of Equinox Realty, Omkar, HBS, DHL, Halkara group, XRBIA, CTRL -S etc.

Uday Chandorikar, a Graduate in Civil Engineering has vast & rich experience of over 44 years starting as a junior Engineer to working as Chief Engineer and Additional-Secretary Government of Gujarat. He has rendered his services in Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited and in the Kalpasar Department. He has been actively involved in various tasks such as actual survey, investigation, estimation and standardizing of procedures of Quality Control and Quality Assurance System. He has also actively involved in the Contract Management.
